LegalBCM Navigator
Terms of Service
Effective date: October 29, 2026
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These Terms govern registration for, subscription to, access to, and use of the BCM Navigator client portal, website, specialist-agent workflows, Tenant Knowledge Base, document-assessment functionality, and related services.
BCM Navigator is operated by Chua Lavandero Group OPC.
Accounts and payments open at Soft Launch. These Terms describe the service as it will work from then.
By registering for an account, subscribing to BCM Navigator, accessing the portal, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use BCM Navigator for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. The BCM Navigator Service
BCM Navigator is a guided business continuity and operational resilience platform providing connected organizational context, document assessment, specialist-guided workflows, structured analysis, drafting support, and related resilience-program functionality.
The service includes every specialist agent across the six BCM Navigator lifecycle phases as each one launches. It is AI-assisted and supports professional judgment; it does not replace management responsibility, independent assurance, legal advice, regulatory advice, certification services, or the customer’s responsibility to decide and act.
2. Registration and Accounts
A person must register an account to access the client portal. Registration information must be accurate and current.
Each user is responsible for protecting their credentials, preventing unauthorized access, notifying BCM Navigator of suspected unauthorized use, and ensuring that their use complies with these Terms.
Accounts are personal: each person uses their own account, and credentials must never be shared.
3. One Product, Plans by Paid Users, and One Organization
BCM Navigator is one product with one complete service scope on every plan. Plans differ only by the number of paid users: Professional (1 paid user), Enterprise Entry (5 paid users), Enterprise Mid (10 paid users), and Enterprise Top (25 paid users). Every plan includes every specialist agent as it launches. Monthly, quarterly, and annual billing apply to the same product and do not create different specialist-agent entitlements.
Each subscription covers one named legal organization and its workspace, with one dedicated Tenant Knowledge Base.
In a workspace, the Owner manages the subscription and invites people. The Owner and Members are paid users and count toward the plan’s paid users. Sponsors, who review and approve work, and Viewers, who can read it, are free, up to 20 combined per workspace. Guest Contributors answer specific questions through a secure link, need no account, are unlimited, and do not count toward paid users.
Consultants can use one login for many client organizations. Each client organization needs its own plan, and a subscription may not be used for another organization or client.
4. Tenant Knowledge Base
The Tenant Knowledge Base stores and connects validated organizational context, information provided through supported workflows, document-assessment information, specialist-workflow information, and finalized outputs associated with the named organization’s BCM Navigator work.
Access is limited to the people the workspace Owner invites, in the roles described in section 3. A user must not attempt to access another organization’s Tenant Knowledge Base.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the rights, permissions, authority, and lawful basis required to provide information to BCM Navigator and authorize its processing.
5. Document Assessment and User Content
BCM Navigator supports document assessment and specialist-guided workflows. A user may submit documents, prompts, questions, uploads, organizational information, and other content for analysis or use in a workflow.
The customer remains responsible for submitted content, including its accuracy, completeness, lawfulness, confidentiality, and suitability for processing. The customer must not submit content it lacks authority to use or process, unlawful or infringing material, harmful code, or confidential or regulated information without appropriate authority.
The customer retains rights in its content and authorizes BCM Navigator and necessary service providers to process it for the purposes described in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable service arrangement.
6. AI-Assisted Guidance and Outputs
BCM Navigator uses AI-assisted specialist guidance to support structured interviews, analysis, drafting, document assessment, report generation, and connected resilience work.
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable for a particular organization, or dependent on the information provided. The customer must review, validate, adapt, approve, and take responsibility for outputs before relying on or implementing them.
BCM Navigator does not guarantee that an output is complete or error-free, identifies every requirement, satisfies a third party, prevents disruption, guarantees recovery, establishes compliance, or results in certification or a particular business outcome.
7. Billing and Automatic Renewal
The current price of each plan and billing period is shown on the pricing page and presented before purchase. Every plan and billing period provides the same complete product.
Monthly, quarterly, and annual paid subscriptions automatically renew on their selected billing schedules until cancelled. The recurring price, billing schedule, and payment authorization are clearly presented before purchase.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and payment processor. The customer may cancel at any time; a cancellation received before the next renewal prevents the subsequent renewal charge, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Applicable taxes and other commercial terms are presented before purchase and in the subscription arrangement.
If a founding-member discount is offered when the customer subscribes, it applies only while the subscription stays continuously active. It is lost if the subscription is cancelled and does not return on a later resubscription.
8. Cancellation, Refunds, and Access
The customer may request cancellation through the client portal’s cancellation method or by contacting teodolfo@bcmnavigator.com.
Monthly subscriptions have no refund for the current period. Quarterly subscriptions have a 14-day money-back guarantee and annual subscriptions a 30-day money-back guarantee, on the first payment only. After that window there is no refund, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Renewal payments are non-refundable. The full rules are in the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, consumer, or other legal right.
9. Privacy and Service Providers
The Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through BCM Navigator and explains website, Contact, registration, account, analytics, document, organizational-context, subscription, specialist-workflow, Tenant Knowledge Base, retention, deletion, international-processing, and privacy-rights matters.
BCM Navigator may use service-provider categories needed to operate the portal and related services. The service providers that process personal information are named in the Privacy Policy.
10. Acceptable Use
The customer and its users must not use BCM Navigator unlawfully; access another account or Tenant Knowledge Base; share credentials; interfere with security or availability; introduce harmful material; abuse, overload, copy, probe, or reverse engineer the service without authorization; misrepresent outputs as certified or legally binding; or submit content without the necessary rights or authority.
11. Availability, Changes, and Intellectual Property
The portal may be affected by maintenance, updates, provider availability, security events, or other operational circumstances. BCM Navigator may modify, replace, add, or remove service features and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
BCM Navigator and its branding, product structure, workflows, documentation, visual materials, and proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Chua Lavandero Group OPC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer that ownership. Standards and regulatory references are informational and do not guarantee compliance, certification, or regulatory acceptance.
12. Access, Data, Suspension, and Termination
The customer must stop using BCM Navigator if it no longer has authority to use the account, act for the named organization, or submit relevant content.
The approved customer documents and service arrangement govern suspension, termination, account closure, data access, export, deletion, backup handling, and access restoration. Encrypted backups are kept for 30 days, and a deleted workspace is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period, as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
BCM Navigator may update these Terms when its website, portal, service functionality, processing activities, service providers, commercial arrangements, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be published with a revised effective date and communicated where required by law or the customer arrangement.
